Your role as discipler is to use the ministry materials that we give you to build these men and women into life-time laborers in ministry. As you take the time to invest in these people you will see the rewards instantly as they begin to understand who they are as a children of God and you will also see or hear about on going results as they continue to grow through the years.
AIA will provide a ministry notebook to each team member that has our core materials on topics such as “How to write and share your testimony”, “How to share the gospel”, “Inductive Bible Studies”, and many other topics and resources.
You will begin to build your relationships with team members before the trip starts through phone calls and emails along with reading their application, references and spiritual surveys which will help you prepare to meet each of their needs.
