Your role & expectations

We will set up the team arrangements for you by recruiting the team, set up flights/transportation/lodging/itinerary and then hand it over to you at training camp to take over.  Your role coming into the trip will involve about two hours a week communicating with the country director on his goals and desires for the team and connecting with the individuals on your team in order to build unity.
